We would also like to remind you that while the Talsi city stages will take place on Saturday (SS6 from 15:10 and SS8 from 17:10), rally activities in the city will actually begin from 16:00 on Friday, when spectators are invited to come to the Talsi region council for Burgerfests, where you will be able to try various foods and drinks. There will also be inflatable attractions for the children, a Rally Talsi souvenir shop, as well as a Sportland official clothing stand. At 20:00, the rally opening ceremony will begin at the same spot, while the ceremonial start is set for 20:30.

On Saturday, beginning at 14:00, the large summer opening concert Lielais Blieziens Talsos 2018 will take place at the Sauleskalns bandstand, with 10 bands taking the stage at various times – Dakota, Galaktika, Tranzīts, Olas, Dzelzs Vilks, DJ Roberts Lejasmeiers, Transleiters, Klaidonis, Credo, and Līvi.

Talsi inhabitants can also buy rally tickets at the Narvesen location next to Talsi Neste fuel station, as well as in the Narvesen next to the Talsi central bus station. When attending Rally Talsi, it is important to remember that the tickets must be exchanged for wristbands before heading out to the special stages. On Friday, that can be done by the Talsi region council from 16:00 to 22:00, while on Saturday, starting from 7:00, the exchange point will be located next to the Talsi traffic circle.
